How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Typically delivery takes between 7-10 days. This is because we make our clothes specifically for each order to avoid unnecessary waste. Finishing the production of an order takes up to three days after which they are shipped.
However, what we lose in speed we gain in sustainability!
What size fits me?
We make clothes for everyone meaning our products our unisex. You can find the size chart on each product page. This should help you get the right size and if not you can reach out to support@meerkode.com and we will do our best to help you out!*
*Please be mindful that we only produce what you order. Therefore, we ask you to find your size using the size guide available on each product page! However if the size is wrong we can work together to find the right fit - see above.
How do I take care of my apparel?
Wash – Machine, warm, inside out, with similar colors
Tumble Dry – Low
Bleach – Only non-chlorine
Dry Clean – Do not dry clean
Iron – Do not iron directly on the prints
How do returns work?
If you would like to return your order because you ordered a wrong size, please get in touch with contact@dis-order.nl within 14 days after the order arrived and we will do our best to sort it out as quickly as possible.
If you ordered the wrong size we will ask you to send back the incorrect piece(s) and we'll make sure to cover the costs for the return journey! Once we have proof that the return is on its way to us we will send over the correct size. This shipment will take our usual 7-10 days to arrive.
If incorrect, damaged, or faulty pieces arrive we will send over new pieces 100% free of charge! This shipment will take our usual 7-10 days to arrive. Keep in mind that this only applies if you notify us within 14 days of your order's arrival and if you can share visual proof of the problem!

What payment methods are accepted?
Currently only Paypal. Note you do not need an account with Paypal to make a payment.
