If you need to return an item due to an error in size selection, please reach out to us at support@meerkode.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and we'll promptly address the issue.

In instances where an incorrect size was ordered, we request that you return the item(s) in question. Rest assured, we will cover the return shipping costs. Upon confirmation that the returned item is en route back to us, we will dispatch the correct size. Please note that delivery of the replacement will adhere to our standard timeframe of 7-10 days.

For cases involving items that are received damaged, incorrect, or defective, we will replace them at no additional cost to you. The delivery of these replacements will also follow our usual shipping duration of 7-10 days. This policy is applicable provided you inform us within 14 days of receiving your order and furnish photographic evidence of the issue.
